Terms of Service
Last updated: September 12, 2026
These terms cover use of ironcladrepair.com and repair work performed by Ironclad Repair at 21609 N 12th Ave Suite 500, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
The shop
Ironclad Repair is a single auto repair location. Pages that name Surprise, Glendale, Peoria, Buckeye, and other cities describe areas we serve, not extra storefronts.
Estimates and approval
We inspect the vehicle, explain what we found, and give a written estimate before repair work starts. Prices can change if parts availability changes or if more work is found after the first inspection. If that happens, we stop and get your approval before we continue.
No repair work starts until you approve it, except a diagnostic inspection you already authorized.
Diagnostics
Some visits require testing before a firm repair price exists. Ask when you book what the diagnostic charge is and whether it is applied to the repair if you approve the work.
Parts and labor
We may use new, remanufactured, or quality aftermarket parts unless you request a specific type and we confirm we can get it. You are responsible for charges you approved.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may offer third-party financing. If you finance, your agreement is with the lender, not with Ironclad Repair.
Vehicles left at the shop
When the vehicle is ready, or when we are waiting on your approval, we will contact you at the phone or email you gave us. Vehicles left after notice may be subject to storage charges and to remedies available under Arizona law.
Warranties
Parts follow the manufacturer or supplier warranty. Ask at pickup what workmanship coverage applies to your job. Coverage can be limited if the same system is altered by another shop, if the vehicle is used in racing or severe off-road use, or if the invoice is unpaid.
Website
Site content is general information, not a quote until we inspect the vehicle. We may change hours, services, or prices. Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or submit false or unlawful information through forms.
Limitation
To the extent Arizona law allows, Ironclad Repair is not liable for lost wages, rental cars, or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that Arizona law says a customer cannot waive.
Governing law
Arizona law. Disputes are handled in Maricopa County, Arizona.
