What areas do you serve?

Phoenix, North Phoenix, Surprise, Glendale, Peoria, Buckeye, Goodyear, Avondale, and other cities inside about 40 miles of our Deer Valley shop. See Areas we serve.

Do you have a shop in Surprise or Buckeye?

No. One shop: 21609 N 12th Ave Suite 500, Phoenix, AZ 85027.

How long does a diagnostic take?

It depends on the symptom. Some checks are short. Others need the vehicle left. We will tell you when you book.

Do I need to leave my car all day?

Not always. Ask when you schedule. If we need the car, we will say so before you drop it.

When will I get my estimate?

After the inspection. Repair work does not start until you approve the written estimate.

Do you work on all makes and models?

We work on a wide mix of cars and trucks. Call with the year, make, and model if you want to confirm.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer repair financing through Synchrony. No interest if paid in full in 6 months. Subject to credit approval. Terms apply. See Financing.

What are your hours?

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

How long will it take to complete the repairs?

Many jobs finish the same day. If the car has to stay, we will tell you when you book and when the inspection is done. We do not promise a loaner or shuttle.

Why does my car need maintenance if it’s running fine?

Regular maintenance of your vehicle protects your investment, helps to prevent breakdowns, and will save you on the cost of repairs in the future.
