Ironclad Repair is a full-service auto repair shop at 21609 N 12th Ave Suite 500, Phoenix, AZ 85027. One location. Deer Valley corridor. The idea is simple. You should know what is wrong, what needs attention now, and what can wait. That is how the shop is run. We would rather walk you through the inspection in plain language than push a ticket you do not understand. If a repair can wait safely, we say so. If it cannot, we show you why.
How a visit works
You call, text, book online, or roll in during shop hours and tell us the symptom — a light, a noise, hot air from the vents, a soft pedal, a truck that is due. We inspect the vehicle, take the notes and photos the job needs, and price the repair in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.
That written estimate is the gate. No surprise labor after the fact. No parts ordered “just in case” without your OK. If we find something else during the job, we stop and call before we go further. You stay in control of the spend and the timeline.

Diagnostics, brakes, oil, auto A/C, battery and electrical, suspension and alignment, transmission, engine work, pre-purchase inspections, and fleet repair. Daily drivers, trucks, and commuter vehicles. Domestic and import.
Arizona heat is not a footnote here. Cooling systems, batteries, and A/C get used harder in Phoenix than in a lot of the country. Summer traffic, long idling, and 110-degree days cook components that might last longer elsewhere. We look at those systems with that in mind — and we explain what the heat is doing to the car, not just what part failed.

Owner-operator Tony Mosier is an ASE Certified Master Technician with nearly 20 years of experience. His focus is electrical systems and advanced diagnostics. The shop is EPA certified for A/C work and is a licensed and insured Arizona shop. Tony inspects and explains before selling parts; you get a written estimate at one shop — 21609 N 12th Ave Suite 500, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
The shop is owner-operated. Work is done in-house at the 12th Avenue location. The public reviews already on this site talk about clear explanations, inspection photos, and no pressure to buy parts that were not needed. That is the standard we hold.
